Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before final payment will result in a loss equal to the advance payment made (up to a maximum of 20% of total due).

Cancellation after final payment will result in a 100% loss of the total cost of the stay. The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if the unit can be re-rented for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged a 10% rebooking fee.

Within 14 days of arrival, if the guest has to shorten their stay, normal cancellation penalties will apply.

Refunds issued will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the renter within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

 

Hurricane Policy

A full refund will be issued if a mandatory hurricane evacuation occurs for the dates of your scheduled stay. If the mandatory hurricane evacuation occurs while you are at the resort then we refund a pro-rate for the days that you are unable to stay in the unit reserved. 

Refunds will not be issued when a guest cancels their reservation due to the threat of a potential hurricane. Therefore, your trip investment could be lost.
